130th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair)


On October 14th, 2021, Premier Li Keqiang attended the opening ceremony of the 130th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou and delivered a keynote speech. Premier Li Keqiang emphasized that China has always adhered to expanding opening up and promoting free trade and is willing to share development opportunities with other countries to achieve better development.

Peruvian President Castillo, Russian Prime Minister Mishustin, Hungarian Prime Minister Orban, Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail, Ivorian Prime Minister Aschi, and Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Greenspan delivered speeches in video. More than 100 representatives of foreign governments, international organizations, and heads of multinational companies participated online.
Finally, Li Keqiang announced the opening of the 130th China Import and Export Fair.

The theme slogan of the 130th China Import and Export Fair is "Canton Fair, Global Share". "Canton Fair, Global Share" expresses the function and brand value of Canton Fair. The idea originated from "Broad Interaction and Benefiting the World", embodying the concept of "Universal Unity, Harmony and Coexistence", highlighting China's overall responsibility for epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, stabilizing the world economy, and benefiting all mankind under the new situation.
The 130th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) will be held online and offline from October 15 to November 3, 2021, with a total exhibition period of 20 days. 
The 130th Canton Fair set up 51 exhibition areas according to 16 categories of commodities, and simultaneously set up the "Rural Revitalization Featured Products" exhibition area online and offline. Among them, the offline exhibition is held in three phases according to the usual practice, each exhibition time is 4 days; the online exhibition will increase the development of suitable offline application scenarios and offline drainage functions.
