2.Precautions for storage, transportation, and loading/unloading of color coated coil:
1. PPGI/PPGL color coated products should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from organic solvents such as acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive media;
2. During transportation and loading and unloading, the color coated steel coil should be protected from surface rust caused by rain, snow, mist intrusion, paint film damage, pollution, collision, squeezing, etc;
3. The product roll should be transported in its original state at the factory and the original packaging cannot be disassembled at will.
3. Precautions for processing and installation of color coated steel coil:
1. According to the design requirements, follow the principle of selecting products from the same manufacturer and batch for the same project to avoid the impact of color difference on the beauty;
2. If any appearance or quality abnormalities are found after receiving the product, it should be discontinued and the supplier should be contacted.
3. Color coated steel coil should avoid low-temperature processing (should be above 7℃), choose suitable mechanical processing color coated steel coil, and check the quality indicators such as surface and adhesion of the product during processing and use. If there are quality problems, the cause should be identified and measures should be taken before continuing processing and use;
4. During the processing, installation and application of color coated steel coil, it is necessary to avoid cutting high-temperature metal powder adhesion, sliding and collision between layers of color tile profiles, application of mechanical tools, stepping on hard soles, and other damage to the product protective coating. The fixing bolts are sealed with waterproof and anti-corrosion materials; If surface damage occurs during the processing and installation process, special repair coatings should be used in a timely manner to ensure the service life of the color coated steel coil;
5. After the installation of colored tiles, the sheet surface and cut should be kept clean and away from corrosive media such as cement, acid, alkali, salt, etc;
6. Long term direct sunlight and other ultraviolet light exposure are prohibited during transportation, storage, processing, and installation of epoxy backing paint on color coated plate;
7. As a color coated sheet for roofing, it is recommended that the installation slope be no less than 10 degrees. After the installation of the color coated sheet, the surface should be kept clean to ensure the service life of the color coated board;
